Easterseals Central Texas developed wheelchair accessible condo units for rent to income qualified adults with disabilities.
Our condo developments offer:
One and two bedroom units
Some units include washer and dryer
Residents pay no more than 30% of their adjusted gross income
Some units include a single car garage
Three different communities.
Eligible Residents:
Must be at or below 50% of the median area income
Head of Household must have a qualified disability, according to HUD
guidelines
