Foods and tools used in group
- Hard boiled eggs
- Uncooked eggs for kids to crack in bowl
- Cooked scrambled eggs
- Deli ham
- Ham in cubes
- Guacamole
    - Avocados (green eggs)
    - Onion
    - Tomato
    - Garlic
    - Limes
- Chips

Carry Over from FWF:
- Make omelets at home using ingredients from group 
- Make omelet bites – let your child be involved as much as possible
    - Scramble eggs (4-6 eggs)
    - Put scrambled eggs into muffin tins
    - Add desired ingredients to each muffin slot (e.g., ham, peppers, shredded cheese)

- Make eggs in different forms
    - Scrambled (use push whisk, see useful tools)
    - Fried
    - Hard boiled
