Counseling, Therapy, and Case Management
Our clinical staff provide services for the prevention and treatment of mental, behavioral, and emotional problems. Our staff also provides case management services to assist with program and resource accessibility. The following services are currently offered at our Windsor location and require a provider referral.
Behavioral Health & Social Services
Behavioral health and social services focus on supporting individuals in a variety of areas including:
- Therapy and counseling
- Processing experiences
- Learning coping skills
- Assistance with applying for government or other benefits
- Case management
- Support groups
Therapy Services
Our licensed clinical providers focus on individual, couples, or family concerns including mood regulation, depression, anxiety, grief, and social pressure. Our providers work with patients to improve their quality of life through either short or long-term treatment.
Case Management
Our providers help connect individuals in need to additional services they might be eligible for such as applying for government assistance and coordinating services with outside providers.
Support Groups
Our support groups offer a space where patients with similar symptoms can process their experiences together, learning more effective coping skills. Click here to learn more about the current support groups offered or to register.
