Debra Condotti, President & CEO of Easterseals Joliet Region, has dedicated her career and lifestyle to creating solutions, and offering help and hope to children and adults with disabilities, those with special needs, and their families.  Following receipt of a bachelors degree in social work and a masters degree in rehabilitation counseling from Southern Illinois University, Debbie began here career with Easterseals as a case manager, providing direct service to families of children with disabilities. She was named Executive Director and later President of an organization that has touched the lives of countless individuals through a variety of services to include early intervention, pediatric outpatient medical rehabilitation, inclusive childcare, foster-adoptive services, autism services, specialty clinics and summer programs, community residential homes, and other support services.

Ms Condotti serves the broader community and has received numerous recognitions in her 45 year career.  She was honored with the receipt of the Athena Award from the Joliet Chamber, recognized by National Easterseals with the Medders Award for excellence in management, received the Justin Dart Distinguished Citizens Award from the Will County Chapter of the Coalition of Citizens with Disabilities in Illinois, and was honored with the Public Service Award presented by the Will-Grundy Medical Society. Debra was named the first woman President of the Joliet Rotary Club and has been a member for the past 32 years.  A recipient of Lewis University DeLaSalle Award, she is currently the President of the Silver Cross Community Trustee Program, a recent recipient of the Silver Cross Sangmeister Medal of Honor, and a member of the Easterseals Leadership Network.  Ms Condotti has three grown children, Christopher, in transportation logistics, Ashley, a geriatric social worker, and Nick, in broadcasting promotions, and a grandson.   She resides in Shorewood with her husband, Henry of 41 years.
