Erica Holmes - Board of Director
Erica Holmes, Director of Human Resources for Joliet Township. Erica has a
progressive career in Human Resources beginning in 2008. She holds a minor in HR
and Business and a Masters degree in Computer Science. Erica has affiliations with
the National Hook-up of Black Women, Joliet Christ Temple Apostolic Faith Church,
NAACP, and the Joliet Rotary Club. She is accomplished in the areas of Diversity &
Inclusion, Employee Engagement & Organizational Change, and Talent Acquisition &
Strategic Resource Management.
