Baker’s Drive-Thru Restaurants raised $291,773 for Easterseals Southern California services this year during its 29th annual Safe Halloween coupon book fundraising campaign in the Inland Empire.

Through the Safe Halloween coupon book fundraiser each October, Baker's Drive-Thru restaurants have raised nearly $4.5 million for ESSC since 1989, with 100 percent of the proceeds supporting Easterseals services in the I.E. for children and adults with disabilities.

Available at all 39 Baker’s locations each year, the 2017 booklets (costing just $1) featured dozens of free and discounted coupons worth more than $500 of food, fun, products and services from local companies such as Baker’s, Aquarium of the Pacific, CSUSB Athletics, Fiesta Village, Krispy Kreme, My Delight Cupcakery, Ontario Reign, Scandia Amusement Park and more.

Said Mark Whitley, president & CEO of ESSC, “The ongoing commitment of Baker’s to their community is truly notable and we are grateful for their support. Once again, they have raised enough money to make a profound and life-changing difference to hundreds of people with disabilities and their families in the Inland Empire.”
