Easterseals Family Support Program provides a variety of resources for families and individuals with a developmental disability. Services can include recreation and social community integration activities, specialized nutrition, incontinent supplies, travel reimbursements and respite care. Easterseals Residential Program provides a variety of care options for individuals with developmental disabilities based on their needs and desires. Residential options for these individuals include small 3 to 4 person community living homes, supervised apartment living and in home supports.
Easterseals offers adults with disabilities the opportunity to live, learn, work and play as a vital member of their own community. Our Adult Day Program ensures that people with developmental disabilities experience valued roles in the community by providing services and training that supports individual choices and opportunities. Locations in Albany, Americus, Cordele, Leesburg, Tifton, Thomasville and Vienna.
The Champions for Children Program is designed to primarily assist children and families who do not meet the eligibility requirements for the TEFRA/Katie Beckett Medicaid Program. Services available throughout the state of Georgia.
