Tomi BarraganTomi Barragan
Director, Jane's House Child Development Center

Tomi joined the Easterseals team in April of 2018 as the Lead ECEAP Teacher. After eight months, she had the opportunity to move into a management role as the Assistant Director and Family Support Specialist. In November of 2019, Tomi was made the Program Director of Jane’s House. Prior to Easterseals, Tomi’s career began in Head start in 2013. Born and raised in Yakima, she graduated from Yakima Valley College with a degree in Early Childhood Education. Tomi is married to her high school sweetheart, Fortunato, and is a proud mother to two beautiful girls. In her spare time, Tomi enjoys all things Disney, camping, and taking family trips.

Amanda Van Vleet
Director, Growing Years Child Development CenterAmanda

Amanda began her Easterseals career as the Infant Lead Teacher in 2011 and became program director in May 2016. Amanda has a degree in Applied Developmental Psychology from Eastern Washington University and over 10 years of experience in early childhood education. Amanda loves to cook and take road trips, and can often be found with her husband, Josh, loudly cheering on the Mariners at Safeco Field.

Mandy McCreary
Director, Angle Lake Child Development CenterMandy McCreary

Mandy started working at Easterseals Washington in early 2023, having devoted her career to Early Childhood Education. She is a child advocate and early childhood Psychologist who places great value on inclusion. Mandy enjoys sailing, reading, and spending time with her loved ones when not at work or studying the ever-evolving world of child development.

Erica Vogel
Director, Workforce DevelopmentErica is wearing glasses and a yellow sweater

Erica Vogel (She/Her/Hers, Ze/Zir/Zirs) has been a part of Easterseals Washington for over five years. Ze started in Adult Services in fall 2019 as the Assistant Director and Activities Director of Eastside Adult Services in Bellevue. When COVID-19 forced Eastside to close its physical doors, Erica led the way in pioneering and pivoting to holding online virtual meetings over Zoom. ze planned and executed daily activities over Zoom including virtual field trips, board/card games, monthly themed parties, and exercise classes. Ze guided zir team to success over the course of three years as part of that program. When a job opportunity opened up in Workforce Development, Erica moved departments and started her journey with supported employment. Ze helped clients in King and Pierce county get interviews which lead to job offers, polish their resumes, and supported already working clients to complete independence. Erica became Interim Director in March 2024 and then became the permanent Program Director in June 2024 due to her great work in the interim position. Erica has a passion for people with disabilities and is very happy to be supporting her team to be successful at breaking down barriers and making the world a better place for adults with disabilities.

Michelle O'Neill
Director, Gateway Adult ServicesMichelle O'Neill

Michelle joined Easterseals Washington in 2017 and hasn't looked back. The staff and participants at Gateway make every day a pleasure. She is grateful for this opportunity. Outside of work, Michelle spends most of her time with her grandchildren and enjoys gardening and cooking. Life is good!
