Cathy Bisaillon
President and Chief Executive Officer
Cathy Bisaillon has worked for Easterseals Washington since 1995, and has been the President and Chief Executive Officer since 2002. Her commitment to helping people with disabilities and their families dates back to her ninth birthday when she met her cousin, Beth Ann, who had Down Syndrome. From that day when she and Beth Ann played the piano together, Cathy formed the attitude that all people deserve the opportunity to feel productive and included in their communities.

Jenny Bonds
Chief Operating Officer
Jenny joined Easterseals Washington in 2024, when she was drawn to the mission of making a positive impact in people's lives. She brings a wealth of experience to the organization with a diverse background in process development and leadership across government, military, and for-profit sectors, As a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, Jenny is passionate about service and giving back to the community. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, their kids and their grumpy cat, Mittens.

Andrea Horvath
Vice President of Human Resources
Andrea joined our Human Resources team in 2020 after several years of unit leadership in the for-profit sector. She brings to her current role her extensive, first-hand experience of the full employee life cycle, building and leading teams, and providing quality customer service to both the internal and external customer. In her free time, she enjoys: a diverse musical library, great food with great people, dancing, learning about cultures, and exploring new places near or far - often all at once.

Andi Reed
Vice President of Programs
Andi Reed joined Easterseals Washington in 2024 as the Vice President of Programs. Andi began her career with Easterseals years ago in the camping and respite programs at affiliates in Colorado, Maine, Nebraska, and Washington State. In her time away from Easterseals, Andi has worked in the for-profit and government sectors - most recently as the Housing Director at the Bremerton Housing Authority in Bremerton, WA. The Easterseals’ mission has always held a very special place in her heart, and she is thrilled to be part of the team once more.

Jesse Smith
Vice President of Community Engagement
Jesse joined the team at Easterseals Washington after moving to Seattle from Portland, Oregon. With over 5 years of experience in development, fundraising, and strategic communications, he brings new ideas for cultivating support, building lasting relationships, and growing the Easterseals community.

Tracy Goodwin
Development Manager
Tracy joined the Development Team at the very beginning of 2025. With an extensive and varied career history with non-profit organizations, she brings a new enthusiasm and connection to Easterseals Washington's Donors and Events. With lived experiences in inclusion and navigating the challenges of supporting people with disabilities, Tracy! fully embraces the motto All Abilities. Limitless Possibilities. When not cultivating new partnerships, she enjoys live theater, teaching her deaf puppy sign language, or crafting something with glitter!

Lauren Gano
Marketing Manager
In 2024, Lauren joined the Easterseals Washington team, bringing her passion for positive change-making, creative problem-solving, and community engagement. Lauren grew up in Washington State and graduated with a Liberal Arts Degree from The Evergreen State College. In her free time, Lauren nurtures her green thumb through gardening, outdoor adventures, and the artistry of floral design.

Jespah Koja
Accounting and Administrative Coordinator
Jespah has been a member of the Easterseals Washington team since 2019. She appreciates the emphasis that Easterseals has on helping others. Jespah started as our Office Administrator but is now the Accounting and Administrative Coordinator. When she is not at work, Jespah enjoys activities such as reading, walking, and learning new things.
