Cathy Bisaillon
President and Chief Executive Officer
Cathy Bisaillon has worked for Easterseals Washington since 1995, and has been the President and Chief Executive Officer since 2002. Her commitment to helping people with disabilities and their families dates back to her ninth birthday when she met her cousin, Beth Ann, who had Down Syndrome. From that day when she and Beth Ann played the piano together, Cathy formed the attitude that all people deserve the opportunity to feel productive and included in their communities.

Holly Morgan
Chief Operating Officer
Holly dreams of living life on a warm, sunny beach, eating tacos with her dogs and husband – unless she is helping folks in need to build a life without disability-related barriers. With more than 20 years of experience in non-profit administration and program management, she brings joy and dedication to work every day and is obsessed with innovating new ways to meet the needs of our community. And tacos. She is definitely obsessed with tacos.

Andrea Horvath
Vice President of Human Relations
Andrea joined our Human Resources team in 2020 after several years of unit leadership in the for-profit sector. She brings to her current role her extensive, first-hand experience of the full employee life cycle, building and leading teams, and providing quality customer service to both the internal and external customer. In her free time, she enjoys: a diverse musical library, great food with great people, dancing, learning about cultures, and exploring new places near or far - often all at once.

Jesse Smith
Vice President of Community Engagement
Jesse joined the team at Easterseals Washington after moving to Seattle from Portland, Oregon. With over 5 years of experience in development, fundraising, and strategic communications, he brings new ideas for cultivating support, building lasting relationships, and growing the Easterseals community.

Lauren Gano
Marketing Manager
In 2024, Lauren joined the Easterseals Washington team, bringing her passion for positive change-making, creative problem-solving, and community engagement. Lauren grew up in Washington State and graduated with a Liberal Arts Degree from The Evergreen State College. In her free time, Lauren nurtures her green thumb through gardening, outdoor adventures, and the artistry of floral design.

Jespah Koja
Information Technology Specialist
Jespah has been a member of the Easterseals Washington team since 2019. She appreciates the emphasis that Easterseals has on helping others. Jespah was formerly our Office Administrator but transitioned into her role as the IT Specialist. When she is not at work, Jespah enjoys activities such as reading, walking, and learning new things.

Bailey Hestir
Office Administrator
Bailey joined the Easterseals WA team in May of 2024 after a decade in the insurance industry. She was inspired by the organization’s commitment to helping others and wanted to help make the wordle a better place. As the office administrator, she handles accounts payable, office management, and runs point on the CACFP program. In her downtime, Bailey loves to explore the outdoors: camping, hiking, and gardening!
