What You Would Do

Psychiatric Services

  • Psychiatric evaluations are 60 minutes for adults and 90 minutes for children (following an extensive evaluation done by one of our intake clinicians)
  • 30-minute follow-ups
  • No evening/weekend/hospital call
  • Flexible Schedules - build your time around our clinics' day and night schedules
  • Opportunities to work in one or more clinics, jail, and/or via TeleHealth
  • Opportunities to work with children, adolescents, adults and/or seniors
  • Opportunities to work with medical students and residents
The Highest Levels of Outpatient Care Available
  • All your patients have a case manager/therapist and access to Wrap-Around Services
  • The Highest Levels of Outpatient Care for those in need
  • Home-based programs
  • School-based programs
  • Autism diagnostics and evidence-based treatments (e.g., ABA, PLAY)
  • Trauma evaluations and evidence-based treatments
  • Addiction and MAT programs
  • Prenatal support programs
  • Early childhood intervention programs
  • Medical rehabilitation (e.g., physical, occupational and speech therapy)
  • First episode psychosis programs
  • Co-located Pharmacies, Lab Services, and Primary Care Clinics

Full-Time Psychiatrist (30+ Hours/Week)

Pay

  • Competitive salaries
  • Annual Salary Increase Opportunities
  • Quarterly and Annual  Bonus Opportunities for meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) stated in Job Description.
  • Full-time employees are eligible for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness program for which Easterseals is a qualifying nonprofit agency.
Professional Development Support
  • Annual $6,500 stipend for CME and Professional organization dues, pro-rated based of FTEs
  • Up to 5 days for CME, pro-rated based on FTEs
