The seminar will feature two guest speakers -

Dr. Charlene Sweeney is a neurologist in Saint Ignace, Michigan and is affiliated with McLaren Northern Medical Center. She received her medical degree from Southern Illinois University School of Medicine (1997) and completed her neurology residency at the University of Colorado (2000). Dr. Sweeney also was a Robert Wood Johnson fellow in public health at the Johns Hopkins in Baltimore, Maryland (2003). For over a decade, Dr. Sweeney participated in scores of Baltimore City lead paint cases as an expert on the impact of lead on the developing brain. In her clinical practice, Dr. Sweeney treats both children and adults for a variety of neurologic diseases including lead poisoning.

Nicholas Szokoly, Esq. has represented the victims of childhood lead-poisoning for more than a decade.  He is a nationally recognized speaker on the topics of how children ingest lead, the effects of lead on the developing brain and teaching other attorneys how to successfully represent the victims at trial.  Childhood victims of lead poisoning are often financially and socially disadvantaged and among the most vulnerable to lead poisoning.  Nick is proud to fight for his clients and is a lifetime member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
