Carrie Diamond's areas of expertise include ADA, coordination, mobility management, volunteer transportation, technical assistance, travel training, facilitation, emergency preparedness, and non-emergency medical transportation.
Carrie is the senior director of Transportation and Mobility and co-director of the National Aging and Disability Transportation Center (NADTC), a Federal Transit Administration technical assistance center focused on accessible transportation. Formerly, Carrie spent over a decade in operations and oversight of human services transportation programs in WI. She operated a bus, voucher, and volunteer driver transportation program, along with mobility management and travel training programs with the Aging & Disability Resource Center of Portage County, WI. She then moved to an oversight, technical assistance, policy, and advocacy position with the Greater WI Agency on Aging Resources, serving 70 counties and 11 tribes.
At Easterseals, Carrie leads the development of resources, training, and direct technical assistance to transportation programs serving older adults, people with disabilities, and their caregivers.
