Scottie in Assistive Technology with TherapistEvaluations

At Easterseals DuPage & Fox Valley, children benefit from the knowledge of our entire team. Therapists work closely with physical, occupational, nutrition and speech-language therapists while collaborating with all medical professionals involved in a child's care. We help each child achieve the optimal outcome from therapy and provide resources to carry over to work at home, schools and other environments.

Our comprehensive evaluations assess where a child's needs are and position their future goals. Let us help your family! We accept most insurance plans and can help uninsured or underinsured families.

To schedule an evaluation, contact our intake manager, at 630.282.2022 or via email at dldixon@eastersealsdfvr.org.

babyEarly Intervention

Easterseals DuPage & Fox Valley is a proud partner of the State of Illinois Early Intervention (EI) program. Our Early Intervention credentialed therapists work across therapy disciplines to provide children birth to age three with the individualized therapy and support they need to grow and thrive.

And if a child does not meet the State of Illinois' EI eligibility criteria, his delay may still require attention. Our therapists can help each child reach her milestones.

The State of Illinois Early Intervention program concludes when a child reaches age three. Easterseals therapists can help a child transition out of Early Intervention and provide clinic-based therapy that supports all areas of a child's life while continuing their progress. Adding Easterseals to a child's team this school year will help him meet milestones faster.
