Easterseals Florida’s On-the-Job Training (OJT) Program creates opportunities for individuals with a disability to work with an employer to earn a competitive wage while learning skills beneficial to future employment.

Services:
The program offers:

-       Job Coaching support to the trainee and the employer

-       Compensation while in training

-       Opportunities to work in the community

Offered: Duval, Palm Beach, Volusia, Collier, Hillsborough, Brevard, and Orange Counties
