STRIVE in Hospitality

Easterseals Florida’s STRIVE (Skills Training Results in Vocational Employment) in Hospitality program is a 65-hour course. The curriculum is based on standards from the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute, to prepare individuals ages 15 and up with a disability to work in the hospitality industry.

Services:
The program offers:

-       Classes taught year-round by certified hospitality instructors

-       Modules Include: 

o   Guest Room Attendant

o   Breakfast Attendant

o   Maintenance

o   Front Desk Representative

o   Guest Services Gold

-       A warm, supportive, and inclusive environment

-       An opportunity to learn skills that are transferrable across a number of professions and vocations

Location:
Offered: Virtually Statewide and In-Person at select schools in Duval, Palm Beach, Volusia, Collier, Hillsborough, and Orange Counties
