Dementia & Memory Services
According to the Alzheimer’s Association, more than 6 million Americans are living with Alzheimer’s, or other dementia. Early diagnosis of dementia is important because it provides greater access to treatment interventions; helps people make better informed decisions about legal, financial, and future care plans; and provides individuals and their families with practical information and resources.
Easterseals Capital Region & Eastern CT offers many services for individuals and their families/caregivers who have concerns related to dementia.
