It’s easy to sponsor a display and help to provide life-changing services for local children and adults with disabilities!

Choose from FULL SIZE, MEDIUM, or SMALL (In Honor) Light Displays
to express your ideas and fit your budget.

 LARGE (FULL SIZE) Light Displays ($2,500+)
Approx. 90% of displays in the event are large full-size displays. Here’s how the sponsorship process works:
•    Determine a Design: We help you choose or create a design to represent your business, organization or family. Most displays are holiday themed and the choices are endless!
•    Determine a Budget Range: Give us a budget and we’ll provide a design you can afford AND that you’ll love to sponsor for years to come.
•    Finalize the Design: Easterseals provides an artist’s rendering from our manufacturer. After you approve, the design becomes an actual structure made of steel and light bulbs, with animation added if requested.
•    Order the Display: Ideally your design will be finalized and ordered early in the new year, when the best manufacturer discounts are in effect. Orders can be placed until mid-year, but ordering early may allow you to select a larger or more elaborate display!
•    Investment and Payment Plan: In general, the larger displays range from $2,500 to $25,000 or more, depending on customization. Most fall in the $10,000 to $15,000 range. You can choose a 1-year, 2-year, or 3-year payment plan. (For example, with a 3-year payment plan, you would pay 1/3 of the display cost at the time of order, 1/3 the following October, and the final 1/3 in October of the following year.) An annual $450 maintenance fee is required. A metal sign with your company/family name in text is placed next to your display and illuminated with a spotlight.
 
MEDIUM Light Displays ($1,500+)
A few medium sized displays are available from a different manufacturer. They are less expensive, have smaller bulbs, and may not last for as many years as the larger exhibits. There is no customization, but you can choose from several fun designs! Some include animation and those are typically priced in the $2,500 range. An annual $450 maintenance fee is required.    
 
SMALL/IN HONOR Light Displays  ($1,000 or $1,500)
Individuals and families can sponsor a small light display IN HONOR of a loved one. Celebrate a favorite person in your life or honor someone in memoriam. Displays are approximately 5’ to 8’ in width and height and have smaller bulbs. No custom work is available but many do feature animation!
To become an IN HONOR Light Display Sponsor:
•    Determine a design, with assistance from Easterseals. Displays must be ordered by August 15 to be included in this year’s event.
•    Make a 5-year commitment to pay the initial $1,000 or $1,500 (depending on display) at the time of the order, and then a $150 maintenance fee for each of the next 4 years. (Invoices are sent yearly in Sept. In year 6, the process repeats if you choose to continue.)
•    Your “IN HONOR” person will be listed on a metal sign along with the title of the display. A spotlight will illuminate the sign.
•    All payments are tax deductible gifts and tax receipts can be provided. The displays remain the property of Easterseals. Displays should honor individuals, not businesses.

SPECIAL NOTES REGARDING ALL DISPLAYS:
Easterseals retains ownership of all displays. We provide tax documentation for all payments.
 We do not repeat any display designs in the park – each one is different. Displays cannot include logos.
