As Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, Laurel Tayloris responsible for leading the human resources functions for the Easterseals Midwest, which employs 1,700 staff members across the state.
Laurel joined Easterseals in 2010. She has more than 20 years of human resources experience in the health-care field, with a strong background in employee relations, benefits, recruitment, and compensation. She began her career working in the temporary placement industry and moved into the healthcare field a few years later where she gained a passion for helping people. She worked at Deaconess Health System and Washington University School of Medicine.
Laurel graduated from Culver Stockton College with a degree in the Administration of Justice with a minor in Psychology.
