DSP Week 2020 | #iameasterseals (9/13/2020)

Greetings Easterseals Midwest Team,

It is the official start of DSP Appreciation WeekPictured below is a small sample of the 186 gift baskets that we will be raffling off all week to you, our dedicated, amazing dsp’s.  Each gift basket is valued between $35-40 dollars and some of our themes include Movie Night, Snack Attack, Gadgets Galore, Pizza Night, Taco Night, Pamper Yourself, Fall, Pasta Night, and many more.  We will raffle off about 30 of these baskets each day.

We also have 7 larger baskets valued at $150+ that were created especially for YOU by each administrative support department – Accounting, Quality and Organizational Learning, HR, Development/Marketing, PMO & IT and the Executive Leadership team.  We will raffle off one of these baskets every day and there will also be a contest for one of the largest baskets so stay tune for more details on that contest.

All raffle basket winners will be announced via email and winners will be contacted directly as well.

In the middle of the picture below is Sophia from HR sporting the t-shirt we are giving out this year.  This shirt was developed using the core values that have come out of our recent strategic plan work – empower, connect, innovate, advocate – we change the world.  That is exactly what you do every day.  Over the next several days, you will be receiving one of these amazing t-shirts from a member of your management team. We are giving shirts to all of our staff members to serve as a reminder that while we may serve different roles, possess different talents, and provide different supports – we are all Easterseals! Each of us is a vital part of the way our communities experience this work.

New for this year we have set up a DSP page where we will have pictures, stories, etc.  Here is the link to that page:  https://www.easterseals.com/midwest/employee-portal/dsp-appreciation-week.html  Look for more communication throughout the week and of course to find out who wins a basket!!  Thank you for all you do.  #iameasterseals
