DSP Appreciation Week is finally here and it is a week that is all about you. We celebrate your focus, your character, your resilience, and your strength. We celebrate you and the gift that you are to this movement.
I understand how your role can be as rewarding as it is tough; as exhausting as it is empowering; as meaningful as it is challenging – yet you do it every day with grace and purpose. For that, I am forever grateful.
These last months have no doubt demanded more of you, your time, your resolve, and your resilience. As you move, adapt, and refine, may you never forget who you are, the impact you have, and the lives you change.
