Occupational Therapy
Our occupational therapists work with each individual to create a customized plan that will equip them with the skills needed to live full, rewarding lives. The therapist provides activities designed to educate parents and/or caregivers and equip them with strategies to make everyday tasks easier. Goals of this therapy include:
- Improving motor planning and coordination
- Enhancing cognitive and visual processing skills
- Developing skills to increase independence
- Assistance in learning how to engage in activities, play or leisure exploration
What regions offer Autism Services?
We have programs throughout the regions we serve that offer support for families impacted by autism. These programs are available in the following regions:
• Eastern Missouri
• Northwest Missouri
• Southeast Missouri
• Central Missouri
• Southwest Missouri
