St. Louis Admissions Office

Our Admissions Department is the central point of intake for all Autism Services and Programs in St. Louis. Our Admissions Specialists and Family Navigators have extensive expertise in connecting families to our programming as well as external services and are available to guide you through the admissions process.

We understand that navigating autism resources, services and therapies can be overwhelming and we are here to make this process as simplified as possible. Please consider us as an ongoing resource for yourself and your family; not just to connect you to your initial services with us but to assist you and your family as your needs change and evolve over time.

To begin the process of accessing our services, an application needs to be completed which can be downloaded HERE or you may contact our Admissions Department at 314-432-6200 to have one sent to you. Your application will assist us in learning about the services you are interested in, and will be the basis for connecting you to our programs.

After you complete the application, please email it to us at admissions@esmw.org or fax the information to 314-432-8894.  You can also mail it to:

Easter Seals Midwest
Attn: Admissions Department
10176 Corporate Square Drive, Suite 150

An Admissions Specialist will contact you when we receive your application to discuss our programs and services with you.
