Caprese Skewers
Ingredients
- Cherry tomatoes, halved
- small mozzaerlla balls
- Fresh basil leaves
- Balsamic glaze or balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Thread a cherry tomato half, a mozzarella ball, and a basil leaf onto a toothpick or trimmed skewer.
- Repeat until you've used all ingredients.
- Arrange the skewers on a platter and serve with a balsamic glaze of balsamic vinegar drizzled on top or on the side for dipping.
