Caprese Skewers

Caprese Skewers

Ingredients

  • Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • small mozzaerlla balls
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Balsamic glaze or balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Thread a cherry tomato half, a mozzarella ball, and a basil leaf onto a toothpick or trimmed skewer.
  2. Repeat until you've used all ingredients.
  3. Arrange the skewers on a platter and serve with a balsamic glaze of balsamic vinegar drizzled on top or on the side for dipping. 
  4. Enjoy!
