Leftover Halloween Candy Yogurt Bark

Ingredients:

  • 32 oz. vanilla yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3/4 - 1 cup leftover Halloween candy, pretzels, or gummy candy, chopped into pieces

Instructions:

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt and cinnamon.
  3. Pour the mixture onto the parchment and smooth out evenly with a spatula.
  4. Sprinkle 3/4 to 1 cup of chopped candy pieces (remove candy from packaging before chopping), broken pretzels, and/or chopped gummy candy over the top, gently pressing with your fingers to set.
  5. Freeze for about 2 - 3 hours to firm.
  6. Break apart into pieces.
  7. Store the leftovers in a freezer bag for about two months.

Use this caramel sauce as a healthy alternative dip for pretzels, crackers, and fruit such as apples for a sweet and
savory snack. This also makes a wonderful glaze on proteins and roasted vegetables like pork chops and carrots!
