2025 Camp Stand By Me Registration - Opens February 17th

CampBrain requires new registration paperwork to be completed each year so that all of the important information about our Campers remains up to date. You will sign on to your CampBrain account at eastersealswa.campbrainregistration.com. If you are unsure of the email address you used in the past let us know. If you forgot your password, reset it and a link will be emailed to you.

  1. Registration opens to all on President’s Day, February 17. Because of our process, it is not necessary to register at a particular time on February 17. Anytime that day is fine. 

  1. Everyone will be automatically waitlisted – don’t worry, it is a step in the process.  

  1. We ask that you register for your first three session choices.  

  1. Sessions are divided by age groups for registration purposes only. Note that cabin groups will be formed to maximize camper interests and experiences.  

  1. During the registration process, you will answer additional questions ranking your three session choices: first, second, third. We will be registering campers for one session this year and will fill additional sessions if they are available.  

  1. We will give priority to campers who remained on the waitlist last year.  

  1. We will establish your camper(s) care ratios when we finalize your registration. 

  1. Confirmation emails will be sent as soon as the camper is placed in a session – No later than March 21.

Pricing & Important Information

All session fees this season are $1770.00. This represents a 5% increase from last season. This increase helps with the rising cost of food, utilities and compensation, as well as some new improvements to the camp this year: more improved pathways and new amphitheater-style seating surrounding the campfire, new floor mats and a refresh of paint in the two pool locker rooms, and we have plans in the spring to create a vegetable garden for all to enjoy during the summer.

Each of our ten sessions this summer will be five nights: we will have a staggered check-in between noon and 3pm the afternoon on the first day and checking out by 11am on the last day, and there are no invitation-only sessions this year. We are going to be strict on paperwork deadlines and will ask that guardians take an active role in helping alert the case managers to pre-approval deadlines or submitting self-payments by the deadline.

Important Forms 

Our current forms are listed below. 

  1. All campers will need a Physical examination form. The section in red is filled out by their guardian, the remainder must be filled out by a doctor. 

  1. All Campers will need a Medication Administration Record filled out by their doctor's office EVEN IF THEY DO NOT TAKE MEDICATION. It is important to our nursing staff to have this clear and accurate directive from your camper’s doctor. 

  1.  All campers will need a Guardian Intake form which captures important information about best contacts, medication routine, and any over the counter medications you would like available to your camper if needed (over the counter pain reliever for a headache, Milk of Magnesia for upset stomach, etc.). 

Also included are directions to our camp and a copy of our Important Policies that you will be asked to read and sign your acknowledgement during registration.
