Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our office team. Our office LPN assists our physicians and families with scheduling appointments and appropriate tests, performs intakes and charts vitals, assists with ICD-10 coding and maintains medical records. The LPN will also be a member of our Infection Control Committee and assist in compliance with policies.
Responsibilities
- Shall assist with scheduling appointments and tests for patients
- Shall intake patients and chart vitals at appointments
- Shall maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with facility policies
- Shall assist with ICD-10 coding in collaboration with our billing staff
- Shall educate patients and their families about health management and wellness practices
Qualifications
* Registered LPN from a licensed nursing school
* WV LPN license
* Current valid driver's license and self-transportation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
